We are looking for a CNC Setter/Operator to join our team.

• Carrying out CNC machine production operations as detailed within the Route Sheets

• Monitoring and inspecting product and process characteristics within the scope of their activities, carrying out production first off inspections, quantity counts, recording the details and signing and dating the Inspection Check Sheets

• Notifying Supervision following the detection of suspect or non-conforming products.

• Notifying Supervision following the completion of specified production activities, as applicable

• Ensuring products are finished off safely and properly in line with good practice e.g. removal of burrs, countersinking etc. as appropriate) and transporting them to the next process

• Carrying out relevant safety checks and maintenance on plant and equipment used, as applicable

• The provision and maintenance of relevant Quality records

• Setting and operating CNC Machines when skills meet the required standard

You must have a minimum of 5 years experience and the right to work in the UK for this role.
