We are delighted to announce we have been shortlisted in 4 separate awards this year and earlier this week marked our first win. We were announced the Manufacturing Business of the Year 2021 in the Birmingham Post Business Awards. We made it a double win as our Managing Director, Peter Bruch was also crowned selfie winner of the year:
A huge congratulations to all the shortlisted companies and all the winners on the night and a special thank you to Propel Finance for Sponsoring the Award. It is always great to network at these events, even if they may be virtual for now! It allows us to see what good practices others are following so that we can incorporate the same into ours. It is always great to learn off others and we are so proud to be able to represent Birmingham, and all it has to offer.
Last year was difficult for us all, but we managed to remain open, keep going and keep our team as safe as possible. A lot of that is down to our team. Being shortlisted in awards is a proud moment for us as it gives our team the recognition they deserve for all the hard work they have put in.
The application process for each award is always something we enjoy writing as it gives us a chance to reflect on the year we have had. Working in a business, it’s natural to get caught up in the day-to-day running of things. We often question if we made the right decision and what we could have done better. It’s only when we are given a moment to reflect back on what we have achieved, in instances such as awards, are we able to appreciate how far we have come.
